Jieming Liu

Jieming Liu, 79, was arrested by the police for murdering his wife and cannibalizing her arm.  He pleaded not guilty for the sadistic murder of his wife.

The police of New England in Shrewsbury, MA discovered Liu on a rocking chair covered with blood on his hands, mouth and face inside his condominium surrounded by pieces of flesh.   His wife, Yuee Zhou, 73 was found inside the bedroom bathing in her own blood with her arm suffering severe injury.  Their son told the police that it seems that during the murder, his father doesn’t know what he’s doing.  He just keeps on uttering words like “He is not your Mother” using the Mandarin language.

Aside from the missing flesh on her sever arm, the police also discovered fingers that are dispersed in the condo unit.  The District Attorney describes the murder scene as a very disturbing scene.  The DA claimed that Liu was only acting in self-defense.  The defense also said that there is a possibility that Liu was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or dementia due to the fact that he have no idea of what is happening during the time of the murder and his arrest.

Liu was then sent to a psychiatric hospital for further evaluation.  The couple moved on that area from the Hunan Province of China where they lived for 50 years.  Their son said that he decided to bring his parents to U.S. to have a better access on health care.  He also said that he constantly checks on them every day.
